day 4 in lexington

My sleep schedule is always so messed up, mainly because of touring. It puts me in the habit of going to bed around 4 and waking up around 1. But lately, surprisingly, I've been able to go to bed around noon and wake up around 9:38(for some weird reason) most every day. am i becoming normal? doubt it. but it is kind of refreshing.

my new favorite blog to follow is www.stuffonmatt.blogspot.com
matt has a tendency to drink a beer or two every now and then.
matt is also a big fan of stuffonmycat.com
therefore when matt has consumed too much alcohol, objects shall be placed upon him and posted on stuff on matt

when will we ever grow up?
hopefully never

love,
peter pan

Home Sweet Home- for a min

I just got back from my vacation last night. I don't really classify it as a vacation though. It was more of an adventure. When I think of vacation I think of doing nothing and being on a resort. We were camping (tho i took the easy way out and rented a propped tent), hiking almost everyday up to 6 miles, and constantly staying busy driving around and snorkeling. It was a blast, I felt productive, and I found a new obsession in snorkeling. It's one of the most peaceful and intriguing activities I've ever done. I highly recommend it and can't wait until I get the chance to do it again. St. John's is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. The clearest water everywhere you look and some of the best food I have tasted.
So now I am home for a day to do laundry and get as much stuff done around here that I possibly can before we take off tomorrow to drive to Lexington and write with Chiodos for 2 weeks. I'm looking forward to it. It should be interesting to see what we all have up our sleeves this time around. Definitely going to take our time with the music and make sure each second of every song is exactly what we want and well thought out. Emily and I ate Big John's earlier today, the biggest novelty of living in this area. I will never get sick of that place. I'm going to miss it, and my dog, and my wife. Oh the things we sacrifice to do what we love......
